Founder, Rock Castle AI · Adjunct Graduate Professor of AI & Entrepreneurship, Lipscomb University
Erik Bledsoe's stated thesis is that most AI projects fail because they start with the technology instead of the business problem, and that Rock Castle AI — his consultancy — exists to invert that order. It is not an original argument, but he has an unusual amount of operating experience behind it.
He is Adjunct Graduate Professor of AI and Entrepreneurship at Lipscomb University, founder of Rock Castle AI and of Take the Hill Ministries, and coaches within the AAA Accelerator community (LinkedIn). His site describes him as a partner and executive in a 22-company holding group at $453M in annualised revenue, and credits him with $76M in personally authored marketing campaigns.
Those two financial figures are his own published claims on his own site and we have not independently verified either — the holding group is not named, which makes verification difficult by design or by accident. Separately, the academic appointment is checkable and the consultancy is real and trading. The reasonable read: the teaching role and the business-first framing are the verifiable parts; the headline revenue numbers are marketing until someone shows the entity.
